Eating nutritious and delicious foods is important to our family… important enough to share it with all of you. We offer bread made of basic ingredients like fresh milled wheat flour, water, salt, honey and yeast. By using the freshest whole wheat flour and grains we are passing on the most nutritious foods to you without any chemical preservatives, fillers or enhancers. Health experts have proven that a diet high in whole grains is important to good health.

Our mission statement, which reflects our philosophy, is “Be loose and have fun, bake phenomenal bread, run fast to help customers and give generously to others.”  We do our best to live this daily, instill it in those who work with us in our bakery, and share it with our community.

We take pride in running a locally owned bakery and reinforcing the importance of community.  You will find members of our family working in the bakery, and participating in many local charity and community events by donating products for auctions, promoting healthier eating or simply sharing free slices of bread.
